Job Duties:
Develop and supervise a staff of 10
employees on all processes and procedures related to operations. Monitor and enforce safety. Manage work flow and assign work duties to ensure effective and accurate completion of workload. Conduct start up meetings with staff. Prepare and maintain work records and reports for upper management.
Skill Requirements :
Candidates must have a strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods, and quality controls for maximizing the effective distribution of goods. Position also requires strong communication and PC skills along with the ability to multi-task among several different tasks simultaneously and function efficiently in a stressful environment.
